   Indeed, I’m assuming you’re Irish and Irish women have a fierce reputation for this behaviour

   @SinnFein4ever: Heh, actually, I don’t mind friendly rivalry. I live in Australia and we’re constantly trading blows with the Kiwis and Poms in the spirit of fun.

   So long as both sides can laugh at each-others jabs, there’s no harm done

   I do.
   For example, I see no reason why Star Trek fans, and Star Wars fans have to have some silly rivalry with eachother.
   I love both.
   …As well as Babylon 5, Xena, Sea Quest, the Twighlight Zone…
   (My parents reared me on sci-fi as well as fantasy.)
